TikTok Account Recovery

I am writing regarding my TikTok account, which I can no longer access because it was created and linked through my Facebook account. Over a year ago my Facebook account was hacked and then closed by Facebook, and since that time I have not been able to log in to TikTok at all. My TikTok account is still active and publicly visible, but I never added a phone number or email address to it, so I have no way to recover access through the standard methods. This TikTok account is registered in the USA and is clearly connected to me and my businesses. The profile shows my username, my business names “Footprint Tax Service LLC” and “Footprint Freight Logistics LLC” in the bio, and also includes my website link. I have also previously made purchases and/or received creator-related funds through this account, which further proves that I am the legitimate owner. I have tried multiple times to contact both Facebook and TikTok support, but I have not received any effective assistance or a solution. My account remains active, yet I am completely locked out despite being able to show that it clearly belongs to me. I kindly request that my identity and ownership be verified using the information visible on the account, my business details, my website, and any internal payment or activity records associated with this profile, and that my access to the TikTok account be restored. If it is not possible to connect it to my old Facebook, I ask that you provide an alternative secure method so I can log in again and update the account with current contact information. I would like a clear explanation of the steps you can take and a prompt resolution, as this account is important for my business presence.
