TikTok Recovery Failed After a Hacker Took Over My Account

I have been unable to access my TikTok account on my Android device since it was hacked around September last year. After the hack, the person who took over my account changed both the email address and the phone number linked to it, so I can no longer use any normal recovery options. I contacted TikTok support for help, but they were not able to resolve the issue and I still do not have access to my account. Because my contact details were changed by the hacker, I am completely locked out and cannot verify my ownership through the app. I kindly request that TikTok help me recover full access to my account by verifying my identity with alternative methods and restoring my original email and phone number, or offering any other solution that will securely return the account to me.
