TikTok Age Restriction Error Despite Correct ID Verification

I am 16 years old, and my TikTok account (username: eyl. İrem) was recently subjected to an age restriction. Even though my date of birth is correct and I uploaded my official ID for verification, I still receive the error message: “We could not verify your age.” Because of this, I have been unable to access my account for about 3 hours. This situation is very frustrating, especially since I have provided accurate information and valid documents. I request that the age restriction be lifted as quickly as possible and that my access to my account be fully restored.
