I Need To Recover My Stolen TikTok Account

My TikTok account with the username @hollowjmnisi has been stolen and all of my information has been changed or removed. Because of this, I no longer have access to my original account and cannot log in. The phone number that was originally linked to my account was 0640883***. I lost access to the account around one and a half to three months ago. Since then, I have created a new account, but I would like to recover my old one because it contained my previous content and profile. I am asking TikTok to help me regain access to my original account and restore it to me, or at least assist me with the necessary steps to verify my identity and return the account to its rightful owner.
