I Have Been Unable To Log In TikTok

I have been unable to log in to my TikTok account on my Android phone after changing my phone. When I try to sign in, the system says that my account cannot be found, and I am completely locked out. I have tried the available recovery options such as contacting TikTok support and following the guidance given there, but the problem has still not been resolved and I have not been able to access my account again.
