I Can’t Withdraw from TikTok Shop Despite Fulfilling All Their Requirements
I’ve been selling electronics on TikTok Shop for the past 6 months, and despite successfully fulfilling many orders, I’m still unable to withdraw my money. I’ve accumulated around $19,000 (₺ equivalent) in earnings, but TikTok continues to hold my funds without providing a valid reason.
First, they told me to pay taxes—I did. Then they said I needed to complete my orders—I already did that too. Yet the money from those completed sales is still frozen. Now they’re demanding that I keep investing money into new orders, while they continue holding my existing balance. This feels more like a trap than a legitimate business process.
TikTok Shop is reportedly managed by a company called TikTok Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, but I’m seriously starting to question whether this setup is even legitimate. There’s zero transparency, no proper support, and no clear explanation of when or how I’ll receive my payment.
If anyone has experience with this issue, please share. And TikTok, I demand you release my funds immediately. Sellers deserve to be paid for what they’ve delivered. Stop playing games with people’s hard-earned money.
