I have been using TikTok for about 20 days and on the morning of 29.01.2026, around 11:00, I suddenly received a notification stating that I had violated the Community Guidelines multiple times and that I was banned from sending and receiving messages. However, I have not intentionally violated any rules, and I did not receive any prior warning or penalty on my account before this situation. Currently, I can neither send messages to anyone nor see the messages sent to me, which prevents me from communicating with other users and using the messaging feature completely. I kindly request that my account and the alleged violations be reviewed in detail, and if there is no clear and justified violation on my part, that this ban on sending and receiving messages be lifted and my messaging rights be restored.

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “mahmutesatozlu.” For about one week, I have been unable to send messages because a messaging restriction has been applied to my account. I submitted an appeal through TikTok, but the response I received stated that my account violated the Community Guidelines.

I clearly state that I did not violate TikTok’s Community Guidelines, and I do not understand on what basis this permanent messaging restriction was applied. I kindly request that my account and messaging activity be reviewed again in detail, and that the messaging ban be removed if no concrete violation is found.

I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue using my account normally.
