Help Me Recover My TikTok Account Please!

I am writing to request urgent help in recovering my old TikTok account, which is very important to me because it holds many memories from the past 5–6 years. The account username is “amicable..8” and my nickname on the profile is “💛 BEST 💚”. I originally created and used this account on a Tecno Pova phone. I last successfully logged into this account in May 2026. Shortly after that, I lost my old phone during a fight with my husband and since then I have not been able to access the account. I have completely forgotten the password and I am not even sure whether I originally registered with my phone number or my email. On my profile, my email address appears in the bio as “preciousam***[email protected]” and my phone number that might be linked is "+2349035134***". I can currently receive both SMS and emails on these. I have repeatedly tried all the recovery options on TikTok, including the “Forgot password” and “Need help logging in” features. However, when I try “Forgot password”, it first asks me to enter my old password to verify it is me, and since I cannot remember the password at all, I am unable to proceed. The “Need help” option also did not work for me, and I was not able to regain access despite trying the available methods, including login via linked accounts.
