I am writing because I have lost access to my TikTok account and need assistance from TikTok Support to recover it. The username of the account is “Jevo.b,” and I was using it on an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
I lost access to the account about 3–4 days ago after losing my phone. I no longer remember or have access to the email address or phone number that were originally linked to the account.
When I try to log in now, TikTok only gives me the option to recover the account using the old phone number or email, which I no longer have and cannot remember. Because of this, I am completely unable to sign in or update my contact information on my own.
The account was created in 2023 and currently has around 289 followers. Most of the content consists of edited videos with added sounds and text overlays.
I can provide a new email address or phone number so you can link it to my account and contact me for identity verification.
