Can't Access Old TikTok Account – Request Account Recovery And Access

I have an old TikTok account with the username @Cerooshhw that I have not been able to access for about two years. I was logged out of the account unexpectedly and I cannot log back in because it is linked to an old Facebook account and an old email address that I no longer use and cannot access. The account is still publicly visible and active, but I cannot log in. What matters to me most are the private videos on this account and the videos I have saved; they are important and valuable to me. I contacted TikTok via in‑app support and, after my explanations, your team confirmed that the account belongs to me and informed me that it is linked to the email address starting with “C” and ending with “[email protected]”. However, this information does not solve my problem, because I have no access to that email address. Despite your confirmation that the account is mine, I am still completely locked out. I cannot change the email, I cannot reset the password, and I cannot reach my private and saved videos in any way. I find it very upsetting that an account that has been verified as mine cannot be properly recovered or at least that I cannot retrieve my content. I kindly request that my identity be verified again through alternative methods, and that I either be given access back to the @Cerooshhw account or, if this is technically impossible, that at least my private and saved videos on this account be delivered to me in a secure way.
