Tight Tonic Lipedema Leggings Arrive Defective and See-Through

I purchased a product advertised as Lipedema Leggings from the Tight Tonic website on September 16. The product I received is definitely not leggings. It is more like a pair of thin stockings, and the material is completely see-through. The product also has a tear. Despite the fact that the product looks nothing like the images and arrived defective, I have not been offered any solution.

I have contacted Tight Tonic multiple times through both WhatsApp and Instagram regarding this issue. Every time, I was told, “We will get back to you,” but no one ever followed up. It feels as though they are simply waiting for the 30-day period to pass. Throughout this process, I have received neither a solution for the defective product nor any clear information about what is happening.

I request a full refund for this defective product, which is also significantly different from what was shown in the product images. I expect the process to be resolved as soon as possible without any further unnecessary delays.
