Tight Tonic Charged More Than Order Total for Order 42968
On August 29, I placed an order for three three-pack Effect Leggings from the Tight Tonic online store, with delivery to Izmir. My order number is 42968. Although the total order amount was shown as 2,299.00 TL on the website, I was charged $48 from my bank account, meaning a higher amount was charged without my knowledge or consent.
After I completed the payment, my order remained marked as “processing” in the system for several days, with no change in status. I received no notification by SMS, email, or any other channel. Despite repeatedly contacting the company through WhatsApp, none of my messages were answered. As of today, I can no longer even log into the website, the WhatsApp number is no longer in use, and I have received delivery failure notifications for the emails I sent. In other words, I have been left without either my products or anyone to contact.
Although six days have now passed since I placed my order on August 29, my products have still not been shipped, and I have received no explanation regarding the difference in the amount charged. I request a full refund of the total amount I paid, including the amount that was charged in excess, as well as clear written information about the status of my order. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
