Tight Tonic Leggings Stitching Came Apart After 16 Days

I purchased a total of four pairs of leggings, including both short and long styles, from Tight Tonic. It has been approximately 16 days since the products were delivered to me, and although I have only worn one of them, the stitching around the inner thigh, between the legs, and on the lower leg/calf area has started to come apart and unravel with a cracking sound. Even though they may try to attribute the issue around the inner thigh to the way the product is connected to the body, I believe the stitching coming apart on the lower leg is also clearly a quality and stitching defect.

I contacted the company about the issue and sent them photos explaining the problem. However, they told me that the defect visible in the photos was not a manufacturing defect and that, since 16 days had passed since delivery, it could not be considered a manufacturing defect. They also stated that the damage could have been caused by use, failure to follow the washing instructions, or an inappropriate size, and said they would not provide any assistance whatsoever.

However, the company states that it offers a 30-day return guarantee for its products. For leggings whose stitching has come apart after such a short period and with very limited use, I request that the products be accepted for return under the 30-day return guarantee or that the defective items be replaced with new ones. I do not believe I deserve this level of quality or this approach after paying $55, and I want my complaint to be resolved.
