Tight Tonic Sent the Wrong Products and Sizes
I ordered two pairs of XL shorts from Tight Tonic’s official website on July 3. When the package arrived on July 10, it contained two pairs of long leggings instead of the shorts I had ordered, and they were also in sizes S and M. In other words, both the product model and the sizes were incorrect.
After receiving the wrong items, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, and on July 14, they provided me with a return shipping code. I sent the products back to them using this code. However, for 2.5 weeks, they neither sent the correct products nor provided me with any information. When I contacted them again on July 28 to ask about the status, the replacement shipment still had not been sent.
After contacting them again, they finally shipped another package, which arrived on August 3. However, this package also did not contain the two XL shorts I had ordered. Instead, they sent only one pair of long leggings. Once again, they sent the wrong product and the order was incomplete.
Throughout this entire process, the number I have been dealing with appears as an Azerbaijani number on WhatsApp, and I have been unable to reach a proper representative who takes responsibility for the issue. In my most recent communication with the company, I clearly informed them that if I did not receive a new shipping code and the correct products by this Friday, I would file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and I specifically stated that I would actually proceed with the complaint.
Because of the incorrect shipments, delays, and lack of serious communication, I have not only been left with a grievance but have also experienced a significant waste of time. I request that this situation be resolved immediately by sending me the two XL shorts I originally ordered, correctly and in full. Otherwise, I demand an immediate and unconditional refund of the amount I paid.
