Denied Warranty Claim for Defective The North Face T-Shirt
I purchased a The North Face t-shirt on July 13, and because it was defective, I sent it in for a warranty claim. The product still had its original tags attached. However, after waiting for about a month, I was informed that my claim was denied. I made several calls during this time and waited a whole month, only to be left disappointed and inconvenienced. I bought The North Face for its reputation of quality, but I ended up feeling let down. I regret shopping at Zey Sport, as this experience has been frustrating and has not met my expectations for customer service.
