TESTORA-IQ-TESTS Recurring Charges Without Consent

I have been repeatedly charged 46 USD by TESTORA-IQ-TESTS on my credit card without my clear consent. The first unexpected charge took place on 1 August, and since then I have been billed around three to four times per month for the same 46 USD amount. When I tried to solve the issue, I went to the TESTORA-IQ-TESTS website, but I could not find any option to manage or cancel a subscription. The site keeps asking me to log in, even though I never knowingly created an account or subscribed to a paid service. Because of this, I have been unable to stop the charges or request a refund directly through their system. I request that TESTORA-IQ-TESTS immediately stop any future charges to my credit card and permanently cancel any subscription or recurring payment that may have been set up in my name without my clear and explicit approval.
