Cracked Sunroof on My 16-Day-Old Tesla Model Y SR - Warranty Denial Issue

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the cracked sunroof on my Tesla Model Y SR, which is only 16 days old and has not experienced any impact. I have video and photo evidence of the crack in its initial state, with no signs of external damage.
I contacted mobile service on the first day, but they were only able to provide service two weeks later, during which time the crack had worsened. The technician who came for the service mentioned that if the crack had remained as it was on the first day, it could have been covered under warranty. However, he stated that they received a notice last month indicating that, from that date forward, no sunroofs would be covered under warranty.
Additionally, I had a video call with a representative who assured me that my vehicle would certainly be covered under warranty. When I asked why the technician was not following through with that statement, he dismissed it by saying the technician must have meant the windshield. I pointed out that the call had been focused on the sunroof, but he remained silent. Later, he tried to convince me that there was damage to the sunroof.
When I requested a written explanation of the location and nature of the alleged damage, he said he could not take that risk. He even suggested that if I were to file a lawsuit, I would not win and that I should simply go through my insurance for repairs, which felt like a mockery.
Tesla Turkey seems to underestimate the legal system in this country to the extent that they attempt to shift their mistakes onto the customer. I kindly request a thorough review of my case and a resolution regarding the warranty coverage for my sunroof. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
