Temu Did Not Refund My Canceled Order After 85 Days

TEMU has failed to refund my ₺1,547 order, which I canceled on April 17, despite 85 days having passed. Every time I contact customer service, they say, "We have received your complaint, and it will be forwarded to our superiors. Your issue will be resolved as soon as possible." I've spoken to them at least ten times, and they keep repeating the same thing. At this point, it feels like they are deliberately stalling the process, hoping I’ll give up. How is it possible that a refund still hasn’t been processed after 85 days? Trendyol refunds on the same day, but TEMU seems to be intentionally withholding my money.
