Temu Has Delayed My Refund for Weeks After Canceling My Order
I made an order on Temu but then chose to cancel it. The website states that my refund of ₺1093 was processed on November 11, yet I still haven't received the money in my account. I reached out to live support on two occasions, and they guaranteed that the refund would be finalized by November 29 at the latest. The date has passed, and now they're claiming it will be refunded by December 11. This delay is completely unacceptable, and it feels like I'm being forced to handle the fallout from an issue that isn't my responsibility. It's annoying to consider that I could end up paying for something I didn't even use, all while waiting for Temu to take care of its basic duties. I anticipate that my refund will be processed without delay.
