Telstra Won’t Let Me Redeem My Points, Now They’re About to Expire

I attempted to redeem my Telstra points, but each time I reached the checkout, an error message appeared. I thought it might just be a minor issue, so I reached out to Telstra. After a lengthy 17-minute wait on hold, I finally got a response. They made an effort to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. After that, they informed me that another representative would reach out to me within five business days. Are you kidding me? I attempted to redeem my points after receiving a notification that they were nearing expiration—ironic, isn't it? I'm currently in a situation where I'm left waiting, with no assurance that I'll actually get to use them. It seems like Telstra is making it difficult for customers to redeem their points. What's the purpose of having a rewards system if it's so difficult to take advantage of it?
