Telstra Internet Modem Was Not Delivered on Time and I Cannot Cancel or Collect It
Knowing the website promised delivery within three business days for metropolitan regions, I ordered a new internet modem from Telstra. Regretfully, it has already been more than a week and the modem still hasn't arrived. I was informed when I contacted customer service that I could not pick it up in-store or cancel the order. Rather, I was given an expected delivery date of another five business days, much over what was first stated. Being a long-standing Telstra customer, this experience really disappointments me. For daily life and business, I depend on this service; so, it is unacceptable for there to be no responsibility or flexibility in addressing this problem.
