My Telstra Mobile Bill Was Incorrect and Online Chat Support Wasted Two Hours
After changing my plan, I tried to fix a problem with my Telstra mobile statement as the charges far above what would have been expected. Seeking a rapid answer, I contacted Telstra's online chat assistance. Rather, I spent almost two hours being passed between agents, all of which seemed unable to offer a clear explanation or fix. The language barrier added to the already difficult scenario; the chat agents were obviously based abroad. I came away feeling abandoned and without a fix. Being a devoted customer, Telstra expects better. Please think about returning your support to Australia to raise the calibre of services offered. Should things not get better, I am now seriously considering changing my allegiance to Telstra.
