My Telstra Phone Service Stopped Working and Customer Support Was No Help
Telstra has let down a lot of us. My phone abruptly stopped working, hence I had nowhere to make emergency calls from. I asked Telstra several times for help, but the experience was more than annoying. Every time I was either passed between one agent without resolution or put on wait indefinitely. They responded generally, and nobody appeared really motivated to address the problem. For daily life and crises, I depend on my phone, hence this type of service is unacceptable. Telstra clearly shows its disregard for its consumers and preference of profit above excellence of service. Should this not change, I will have to go to a supplier that treats its clients.
