Telstra Internet Modem Was Not Delivered on Time and I Cannot Cancel or Collect It
Knowing the website promised delivery within three business days for metropolitan regions, I ordered a new internet mode...m from Telstra. Regretfully, it has already been more than a week and the modem still hasn't arrived. I was informed when I contacted customer service that I could not pick it up i
