Unknown Email Address Hijacked My Telegram Account Access

I am an iPhone 17 Pro user from India, and I am writing because my Telegram account linked to my phone number +91 70373000** has been hacked. The account is now linked with an unknown email address, and I can no longer access it, even though the phone number belongs to me. I first realized that my account was compromised about 3–4 days ago, when I noticed that the email address connected to my Telegram had been changed without my consent. After a few days, I saw that the email for my Telegram account was reset, but it still does not belong to me, and I am completely locked out.
