Telegram Won't Let Me Log In Without My Forgotten Email

I am using Telegram on my Vivo phone and I am having a serious problem with my account access due to the email address connected to my account. My email ID is already linked to my Telegram account, but I have forgotten this email address. Because of this, when I try to log in with my phone number, I receive an error related to the already connected email and I cannot access my account properly. In my situation, I only want to log in using my phone number, without being asked for the connected email address that I no longer remember. I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own and I have not yet contacted Telegram support through any other channel. I kindly request that you help me access my Telegram account by allowing login only with my phone number, or by removing the requirement for the forgotten email, so that I can use my account again without this problem.
