I Can't Recover My Telegram Account Because I Lost Access to My Email

I recently created a new Telegram account on the Telegram mobile app yesterday, using my phone number. However, I do not remember the email address I used and I no longer have access to that email, so I am currently unable to manage or properly recover my account. I still have full access to the phone number linked to the Telegram account, and this is a completely free account without any payments or premium subscription. I tried to reach Telegram support about this issue but have not received any response so far, and I am still unable to access or secure my account through my email. I kindly request your support to help me recover access to my Telegram account using my phone number or by updating/removing the unreachable email address associated with it, so that I can safely continue using the service.
