Telegram User 35 67*2 Is Threatening Me

I am absolutely disgusted and deeply disturbed by a user on Telegram, identified by the number 35 67*2. This individual video-called me and engaged in highly disturbing and inappropriate behavior. Even worse, they recorded my image without my consent and then proceeded to demand my personal phone number, explicitly threatening me!
