Telegram Support Not Responding After Account Suspension
My Telegram account linked to the phone number +6284412***on an Android device was banned, and I am no longer able to access it. I am using the official Telegram application downloaded from Google Play. I do not know the exact date when the ban was applied, but I realized I could not access my account about one month ago. I do not send harmful, abusive, or violent messages, and I have never knowingly violated Telegram’s Terms of Service. If there was any violation, it was completely unintentional. I use Telegram mainly to communicate with my friends and family, and this sudden restriction has seriously affected my ability to stay in touch with them. I have already contacted Telegram support to appeal this situation, but my issue has still not been resolved. I kindly request that my account be reviewed once again and that the ban on my number be lifted, or that I be at least clearly informed about the specific reason for this ban. I am willing to strictly follow all Telegram rules and guidelines in the future, and I respectfully ask you to reinstate my access to my account.
