Telegram Email Domain Error: “This Email Domain Is Not Allowed”
After changing the email address associated with my Telegram account on my Android phone, I have been unable to log in for approximately 2–3 days. Whenever I try to access the app, I receive an error message saying, “Sorry, this email domain is not allowed,” and I have completely lost access to my account.
During this time, I have contacted Telegram’s support team several times, but I have not received any response. Being unable to use my account and receiving no assistance despite waiting this long is causing me significant inconvenience.
I am asking Telegram to correct the email address change associated with my account and take the necessary steps as soon as possible to restore my access to the account.
Progress
I have been unable to log into my Telegram account on my Android phone for about 2.5 weeks. When I try to log in through the app, a constant error message appears on the screen saying “This email domain is not allowed,” and because of this I cannot access my account. I had previously changed my email address, and I think the problem is related to that, but the system does not allow me to log in in any way.
I have written to the Telegram support team by email countless times about this issue, and I have also explained the situation many times on Şikayetvar, yet not a single response has been received to date. I am experiencing serious hardship both because I cannot access my account and because my support requests have been completely ignored.
I want to be able to log back into my Telegram account, have this email‑related error investigated and fixed, and receive clear information from you. I request that the problem be resolved as quickly as possible.
