Telegram Account Disappeared After Android Phone Reset

I had been using my Telegram account on an Android phone with my mobile number, but after restoring my phone, my account stopped working and now appears to be deleted.

When I try to log in, the app tells me that I have to wait a week before logging in again. Because of this, I cannot access my previous account or my chat history.

I have contacted Telegram support by email and also submitted a request through the Telegram support form. However, I have not received a solution yet, and I still cannot access my account.

I would like my Telegram account to be restored and my access issue resolved as soon as possible so I can continue using the service normally.
