Telegram Account Blocked With “Phone Is Barred” Error

I have been unable to log in to my Telegram account for about one month. Whenever I try to log in, the app displays the message “This phone is barred” and does not allow me to access my account. I have not been given any clear reason for this issue, and I have not been able to resolve it on my own.

I request that my phone number and Telegram account be fully restored as soon as possible so I can continue using the service without restrictions, or at the very least, that I be provided with a clear explanation for this limitation.
