Someone Changed My Telegram Recovery Information Without Permission

I am writing to report that I am unable to log in to my Telegram account, and I strongly suspect that my account has been compromised. When I try to log in to Telegram on my Android phone using my mobile number, the one-time password is not sent to my phone. Instead, the OTP is being sent to an unknown email address that does not belong to me. Because of this, I cannot complete the login process, and I have completely lost access to my account. This is a very important account for me, and I am seriously concerned that someone may have hacked it and changed the recovery information without my knowledge. The issue started on 14 May 2026, and since then, I have tried all available steps, including reinstalling the app and using the recovery options, but I am still unable to log in.
