Please Unfreeze My Telegram Account

I am a long‑time Telegram user on a Motorola device and my account has suddenly been frozen. Since yesterday I have been unable to send or receive any messages, and the screen clearly shows the “Your Account is Frozen” warning. I tried to get help via the Telegram support bot, but it did not solve the problem and I still have no access to my account. I have not been given any explanation about why my account was frozen. I kindly request that my Telegram account be unfrozen immediately and that full access to all my chats and contacts be restored, and that I be informed about the reason for this action so I can continue using my account normally.
