Telegram Froze And Shut Down My Account Without Any Explanation

I am writing to complain about the situation with my Telegram account and my treatment on the Telegram Forum. My account has effectively been frozen and then shut down without any clear reason, and my attempts to get help have led nowhere. My account first became frozen around the end of February and remained that way into mid‑March. During this period my messages and topics on the Telegram Forum were silently closed, without any explanation, warning, or violation notice. I use Telegram on an Android device, and this problem has completely prevented me from using my account normally. I contacted Telegram Help Support and asked why my account was frozen and why my forum topics were closed, but I did not receive any answer at all. To this day I still do not know the reason I was locked out, and this lack of information and communication is very upsetting. I respectfully request that my Telegram account be reactivated and that my access be restored. In addition, I ask for a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was frozen and then shut down, and on what basis my topics on the Telegram Forum were closed without any response to my questions.
