I Face Telegram Verification Error With Safaricom Number in Kenya

I am a Safaricom mobile customer in Nairobi using the line 0140***250. My SIM card is fully registered, and I can use all standard services such as calls, SMS, and M-Pesa without any issues. However, for nearly two months now, I have been unable to use this number to register or verify my Telegram account. Every time I attempt to do so, Telegram displays an error stating that my number is invalid.

This situation is extremely frustrating because my line is active and fully functional for all other services, yet it is somehow not recognized as valid when I try to use it with Telegram. I have not received any meaningful assistance from Safaricom customer support so far, and I still do not understand why my number is being rejected in this way.

I kindly request that Safaricom investigate this issue and confirm whether my number is properly configured and recognized for international services. If there is any issue on your end that could cause Telegram to flag my number as invalid, I ask that it be resolved as soon as possible. If the problem is not related to Safaricom, I would appreciate a clear written explanation so that I can provide it to Telegram support and proceed with activating my account using this line.
