Fix "Phone Number Banned" Error on Telegram Android App

I have been using Telegram on my Android phone with the number 8279234*** and my account was banned around 6 months ago. Since then, I have not been able to access my account. I contacted Telegram support regarding this ban, but despite my attempts I have not received a clear and satisfactory solution about why my account was blocked or how I can recover it. I request that my Telegram account be fully reactivated, or at least that I receive a clear explanation about the reason for this ban and what I can do to resolve the situation.
