in 2019, I bought this awesome Tefal Ingenio Pots & Pan set. But, like, this year, I ran into some problems with two of the items. So, when I hit up customer service, they told me that the stuff is no longer under warranty (2 years). It's kinda weird how a customer can make bubbles show up on a pan. So, if customers can cause this problem, does that mean we might accidentally mess up the other items in the set too? So, it's pretty obvious that this problem happened because of some production issue, but it's a bummer to find out that it's not covered by the warranty.

I absolutely do not understand why you couldn't reach me; all my information here is correct, verified by the site, and no one has called me. I think if you got the number from the site, you must have taken it down incorrectly, but tomorrow I will call the number given below for the second time. In the first call, a strange answer was given, saying this issue is not covered by the warranty, which is very uncharacteristic of Tefal. If you are going to repeat that, let's not waste each other's time. I want to discuss the faulty, defective, and flawed production issue that you will probably not accept, not warranty process issues. Besides, you don't need to explain the warranty periods; I know them very well. The center I called could not provide the slightest information on how the consumer could have caused the bubble defect and told me to take it to the service. Is it a handle malfunction that the service can fix? Do they have the capability to re-coat the Teflon?

Dear Site Officials, During this correspondence, Tefal officials did not inform me whether the bubbling issue was a manufacturing defect or not. To put it politely, this is a statement contrary to the facts, and I condemn it. I was a loyal Tefal user; they can check their sales to me. Good companies take such users' statements seriously, take the product, and examine it. They can't do this because seeing the defect and taking necessary actions would incur costs. If we were in the USA or France, they should know that they couldn't give the same responses and display this indifferent high-handed attitude to the users in those countries as they do to Turkish consumers. Tefal is likely to have the technical knowledge level to know that the consumer cannot create bubbling with their kitchen facilities. If this capability and knowledge level are not present in their call center, it means there is a deficiency in their training. Tefal should say, "We sold you the largest set of the Indigo series; bubbling in two products within the large set could be due to the high-calorie stove of natural gas subjecting them to excessive heat, hence it is user error," so that I can pursue my legal rights in court regarding this statement. If Tefal is saying, "The maximum lifespan of our product is 2 years; if problems arise afterward, we do not stand behind it, even if it is a manufacturing defect, throw the products away and do not bother us," then consumers who pay three times the market price for their products should have this information when making their choice. I have not yet thrown the pots away for legal proceedings. The ease of Tefal personnel stems from the inability to reach the main manufacturer and report the issue. Even the manufacturer has closed the communication channels. This problem should also be conveyed to your English business partner. Thank you to the site for your support.
