Tefal Did Not Provide a Battery for My Cordless Vacuum After Warranty
I purchased a Tefal cordless stick vacuum 2.5 years ago. After the warranty expired, the battery stopped working. I went to the service center to buy a new battery, but I was told they didn’t have it in stock, it wasn’t available in central warehouses either, and it might possibly be available for order at the end of December. This is a device that’s used frequently, and now we’re expected to wait three months with the hope that the spare part might arrive and likely be priced almost as much as the vacuum itself. We chose this brand because of its service network and spare part availability, but we deeply regret it. I will never buy this brand again and will advise others against it too.
I'm not sure what to investigate. You'll either say you're standing behind the product or you're not. If you are, you send the product in exchange for the cost, it's that simple. If you can't supply the battery, you are obliged to provide a new product because you are required to supply spare parts for the product you sold for 5 years. If a solution cannot be found here, I will seek a solution by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Board with my documents.

They claimed that they would offer a 35% discount on tefal.com.tr and said I would be contacted, but they never called back. Even if they offered a 35% discount, I can already find the same product cheaper online. In short, I ended up buying a Dreame brand vacuum cleaner anyway.
