Tefal Actifry, The Midpoint Does Not Cook, Design Flaws Are Obvious

only five days I used the product, in just five short days!! it is damaged. It was a Mother's Day gift, but it wasn't what I expected. Media Markt wouldn't take the return even though I bought it there. sent the product to the service center to get it checked out. But they were like, according to them nothing was off, gotta say, the food turns out pretty different. The Actifry doesn't do a great job of cooking food evenly. The center ends up undercooked while the edges get burnt. You know when you bake cakes and the edges are good, but the middle is all soggy? that's the worst.  even when I'm making omelets, the sides always end up burnt and the middle is still all watery.just awful. So, I tried to complain to Tefal's headquarters but they just blew me off and said they couldn't do anything. It's not cool for a famous brand, especially on a special day like Mother's Day, to make such crappy stuff and not help or fix it. Tefal needs to own up to its mistakes, fix things, and make sure customers get what they deserve.
