My Tefal Turbo Pro Iron Has Leaked Water and Produced Weak Steam Since Day One

June 17 11:03 PM

I own a Tefal Turbo Pro steam iron and have been using it for approximately two years. However, since the very first day I purchased it, the iron has never performed properly. Instead of producing strong steam as expected, it frequently leaks water, and it has consistently failed to remove wrinkles from clothing effectively. Throughout my entire ownership experience, I have never received the level of performance that was advertised for this product.

The ongoing steam and water leakage issues have made ironing much more difficult and time-consuming. Rather than improving garment care, the iron often leaves clothes damp and still wrinkled. As a result, the product has been a significant disappointment and has not fulfilled its intended purpose.

Although I have experienced these problems since the day I purchased the iron, I have not previously contacted an authorized service center or the retailer regarding the issue. However, after dealing with the same defects for such a long period, I now believe that the problem is related to the product itself rather than normal usage. I expect Tefal to take this matter seriously and evaluate the issue appropriately.

Because of the persistent lack of steam performance and continuous water leakage, I request that Tefal review my Turbo Pro iron as a defective product and provide a replacement under applicable consumer protection and warranty standards. I also request clear communication regarding the evaluation process and the steps that will be taken to resolve my complaint.
