Teen Patti Cash Blocks Payout and Fails to Provide Customer Support

I am using the Gaming Platform Temperature Converter app, and I am unable to withdraw my winnings. My withdrawal of ₹10,000 has been stuck at 99.9% processing since 01/25/2026, and the status has not changed at all. While I was trying to withdraw the money, the app also asked me to pay ₹1,000 as a tax, and in total, I have already spent ₹3,100 within this app. I attempted to contact customer service through the app, but I could not find any proper option or support channel to report this issue, so I have not received any help or explanation about why my withdrawal has not been completed or why this tax payment is being requested. I am requesting that my total winnings of ₹10,000 be released and successfully transferred to my account as soon as possible, that the ₹3,100 I have already paid into the app be taken into consideration, and that the issue with the withdrawal processing delay and tax demand be fully resolved.
