TEB Factoring Did Not Remedy My Grievance With Forged Documents
About a year ago in Istanbul, a vehicle driven by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TEB Factoring collided with my parked Mercedes EQS electric vehicle, which was 100% at fault. After the incident, a report was filed (the driver was listed as someone without authorization to drive the vehicle) and a claim was submitted to the insurance company. The insurance company issued a repair bill for approximately ₺400,000, and my vehicle also suffered a loss in value of around 1 million TL. However, I did not receive a proper response from either the insurance company or TEB Factoring officials during this process. I spoke with TEB Factoring officials numerous times by phone and in person to resolve my grievance. Despite this, the process was constantly delayed, and no solution was offered. Moreover, they had me sign forged documents. For this reason, I initiated legal proceedings. After all that happened, I suffered both financial and emotional damage. I demand that my damages be covered and that the injustice I experienced during this process be remedied immediately.
