I have been regularly using my TEB Bonus card for about 2 years. When I received the card, I was told that no annual card fee would be charged. However, my latest statement included a fee of ₺660. When I requested a refund, I was told that this fee is charged to every customer, and my request was denied. The first 4 and last 4 digits of my card number are 5128 **** **** 4812. If the fee is not refunded, I am considering canceling my card and working with another bank. I request a refund of my annual card fee.
