Tchibo The blue ski jacket and trousers I bought from tchibo store were sent to me in pink. I immediately sent it by creating a return cargo, but about 1 month later they refused the return, the reason being that the product arrived differently, without specifying it, and just sending it as a refund. They asked me for the invoice of the products sent, and when I asked how I could give you the invoice for a product I did not purchase, they said there was nothing they could do and made me a victim.
