I ordered from Shein for the first time and received a very bad quality product, neither the shape nor the quality as in the picture. I wanted this jacket for its bottom cut, on the web it looked a little wider and that made it look nicer but in reality it came as a piece of fabric without even a lining. This jacket cost me twice the retail price including tax and delivery. I requested a refund but surprisingly I have to pay for the refund and if they send the amount considering the invoice I have to pay for the refund, I only get the 5th part of the entire amount because of their wrong information about the product. Moreover, I am not allowed to leave a comment under the product or exchange the product. I cannot even request live help for an exchange. All the screenshots I will add to the complaint. This was my first and last purchase from this marketplace. Shame on you!
