Tatilox Booking Ended Early After Hotel Hygiene and Noise Issues
We stayed at FS Bungalows Hotel between September 27 and September 30 with reservation number e3654239, booked through Tatilox. However, we encountered multiple issues starting from the very first day. Most notably, hygiene conditions were poor; both the room and pool cleanliness were far below expectations. In addition, due to the extremely noisy environment and the fact that the property was not suitable for our family, we decided that we did not want to continue our stay.
On September 28, I contacted both the hotel management and Tatilox customer service, explained the problems in detail, and requested a refund. However, I received a negative response. We stayed for only one day, yet we paid a total of $1,492. Under these circumstances, due to the poor service and negative experience, I am requesting a refund for the remaining unused days.
I kindly ask that my complaint be reviewed as soon as possible and that our grievance be resolved.
