About one week ago, I made a reservation through Tatilox for a bungalow located in Defne, Hatay, with check-in on August 13, 2025, and check-out on August 15, 2025, under reservation number ABEBA303. However, on the morning of August 13, 2025, I was informed that the bungalow had been sold or rented to someone else, and as a result, my reservation was canceled by Tatilox. Because this notice was given only a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was seriously inconvenienced and left stranded.
I paid $201 for this reservation. I was told that the amount would be refunded and that the process could take approximately 14 business days. However, when I spoke with customer service, they were initially unwilling to process the refund and instead suggested helping me on another date. After this experience, it is no longer possible for me to trust the service.
I am requesting that my payment be refunded to me in full as soon as possible, without any delay.
