Tashan Win Deposit Debited From Bank But Not Credited

I made a deposit of 10,000 to Tashan Win on 29/12/2020 from my Bank of Baroda account in India, but the amount has still not been received in my Tashan Win account. The bank shows that the money has been debited, yet it has not been credited to Tashan Win. I contacted regarding this issue and was informed that the bank has not received it, but my money has already left my Bank of Baroda account. I have been left without any clear solution or explanation. I request that my 10,000 be refunded back to my Bank of Baroda account as soon as possible, as the deposit has not been received by Tashan Win.
