Tashan Win Withdrawal Stuck on Processing After KYC Verification




I play the Colour Prediction game on the Tashan Win platform, where my UDI number is 116079. After successfully completing my KYC verification, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹1260 (approximately $15 USD). However, since this morning, the withdrawal status has remained stuck on “processing,” and the money has still not been credited to my account.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Tashan Win customer support for assistance. Instead of providing a proper explanation or resolving the problem, I was simply told that I would need to “do it again,” without any clarification about why the current withdrawal request was not being processed.
I have already completed the KYC verification process once, and I do not understand why my withdrawal is still delayed or blocked. This situation is extremely frustrating because my money remains inaccessible even after fulfilling the platform’s verification requirements.
I request that my KYC status be properly reviewed and confirmed immediately and that my pending withdrawal of ₹1260 be processed and credited to my account without any further delay. If there is any actual issue preventing the withdrawal, I expect Tashan Win to provide a clear, valid, and transparent explanation regarding the reason for the delay.
